Life on the Tech Van Team

The Tech Van is AGCO's mobile command center for harvest support. Equipped with specialized tools, critical service parts, the team travels north with the harvest season, providing rapid support when customers need it most. No two days are the same. One day you may be troubleshooting electronics, and the next you could be helping replace major machine components in the field.

We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers. Through our recruitment efforts, we are committed to building a team that includes a variety of experiences, backgrounds, cultures and perspectives.
