ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Location & Schedule

• Full‑time role based in Pittsburgh, PA
• Initial training in Morgantown, WV for 60 days or less
• Flexible schedule built around customer needs

What Your Day Looks Like

As our Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll deliver dependable, high‑quality HVAC solutions while forming real connections with homeowners. Every call begins with understanding their needs, diagnosing with precision, and offering clear, confident guidance.

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as an HVAC technician
• Relevant certifications and licenses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Willingness to complete training in Morgantown, WV (60 days or less) before transitioning to Pittsburgh
