You'll guide customers through the repair process, communicate recommendations clearly, coordinate with technicians, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery.You'll utilize modern service processes, including digital vehicle inspections, maintenance recommendations, and effective customer communication to build trust and help customers keep their vehicles operating safely and reliably.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers promptly and professionallyListen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requestsPresent maintenance and repair recommendations professionally and honestlyOpen, build, and manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle deliveryProvide accurate estimates, maintenance recommendations, and expected completion timesFinalize and close repair orders accurately before vehicle deliveryCommunicate with technicians throughout the repair processKeep customers informed with timely repair status updatesCoordinate with the parts and service teams to ensure efficient workflowReview completed repairs for accuracy and qualityCollect payment and review completed repairs with customers, when applicableAssist with warranty documentation and approvalsSchedule future maintenance appointments and encourage customer retentionFollow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfactionHelp maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) and contribute to department performance goalsQualificationsPrevious automotive Service Advisor experience preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional appearance and positive attitudeBasic understanding of automotive maintenance and repairsComfortable using computers and dealership management softwareValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordExperience with Ford, CDJR, Xtime, Dealertrack, or other dealership management systems is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.ScheduleFull-timeMonday-FridayOccasional Saturdays as business needs requireBuild Your Future with VeeroAt Veero Auto Group, we're committed to building one of western Minnesota's premier automotive dealerships.
