Job Title: HVAC Component Assembler

Local Manufacturing Facility

Competitive

1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3/4 Rotation Schedule)

• Assemble HVAC and building-solution components following work instructions
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials using a tape measure (metric system)
• Use micrometers and other tools to verify product quality
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy
• Work with plastic tubing and piping components used in HVAC systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while working as part of a team

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Able to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift

No manufacturing experience required!

You'll work in a modern manufacturing facility assembling plastic tubing and piping components used in HVAC systems. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Overnight Schedule (C-Shift):

• Week 1: Monday–Wednesday
• Week 2: Monday–Thursday
• 12-hour shifts with built-in overtime

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterford, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Waterford,NY.
