Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular and ad hoc basis. Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance against budget and prior periods; identify variances and investigate root causes. Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to gather data and provide financial guidance. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into financial performance. Support internal and external audit requests by preparing required documentation and schedules. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects assigned by Supervisor. 2. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling and advanced formulas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences. Preferred Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor) or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). CPA, CFA, or progress toward either designation. Experience in a multi-location or corporate environment. 3.
