MIG Welder

Webco Manufacturing is seeking a skilled MIG Welder for our evening shift at our precision sheet metal fabrication facility in Alto, GA. In this on-site role, you will perform MIG welding on custom metal components, following blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions to meet tight tolerances and quality standards. Responsibilities include setting up welding equipment, inspecting welds, and supporting basic fabrication tasks such as grinding and fitting. You’ll work in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment that emphasizes craftsmanship and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow your welding skills and contribute to efficient, high-quality production.
