About the Opportunity: Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead responsible to ensure that food safety and quality assurance monitoring programs are carried out. Communicate results to supervisor and other on-site leadership as needed. Facilitate training of Quality Assurance Technicians. Prioritize department needs and assign staff accordingly. Support, implement, improve, and maintain quality assurance programs. Additional Info What You Will Need Must have excellent leadership, communication, training and team building skills. Must have Good writing, statistical, analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to effectively communicate and respond to the concerns of managers and subordinates. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet. Must have basic computer and math skills. Must be able to use GIS. Remote work not available for this position. Must be able to work overtime depending on business need. Benefits Total Rewards: $19.75 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
