Key Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee Special Education Teaching Certification required
• Previous experience with inclusion or resource models preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Capacity to adapt instruction to meet a variety of learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction in individual, small group, or classroom settings
• Implement IEPs and accommodate diverse learners in both inclusion and resource settings
• Collect and report student data to measure progress and inform instructional adjustments
• Partner with general education teachers, support staff, and families for student success
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements
• Cultivate a safe, motivating, and respectful classroom environment
