Responsabilidades Responsibilities for the Fabrication Quality Assurance Technician includes but are not limited to: Fabrication Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for monitoring product quality. Fabrication Quality Assurance Technicians are stationed at the end of production lines where they inspect various pieces of meat for adherence to specifications. Fabrication Quality Assurance Technicians are responsible for knowing the product specifications for the line they are working on and filling out an audit report form. Fabrication Quality Assurance Technicians must also follow and help enforce plant Good Manufacturing Procedures and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures. Other Fabrication Quality Assurance Technician responsibilities include metal detector auditing and testing trim for E.Coli, via N60 sampling. Other duties as assigned. This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position. Cualificaciones The ideal candidate for the Fabrication Quality Assurance Technician position should possess the following: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary A knowledge of HACCP Process (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Experience with email communications Microsoft Office (Excel) Beef products knowledge is preferred Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish This is an hourly, management support position. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
