Job Description
Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a specialized residential and post-acute care facility in Covington, Louisiana. The facility provides comprehensive neurorehabilitation and neurobehavioral services and requires 24/7 nursing coverage for medication administration and light client care.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing facility with ongoing staffing needs and the potential for long-term placement.
Position Details
RN & LPN opportunities available
30-day, 60-day, or 90-day contracts
Local candidates only (no travel positions)
12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
Day and Night Shifts Available
Medication Administration
Light Patient Care Responsibilities
Long-term staffing needs with potential for permanent placement
Pay Rates
RN: $40/hour
LPN: $30/hour
Patient Population
The facility serves individuals with brain injuries in a residential setting, with nursing responsibilities focused on medication administration and supportive patient care
Requirements
Active Louisiana RN or LPN License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Strong medication administration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
