Safety Manager

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in safety, training coordination, or related roles, with an OSHA 501 and/or 510 qualification (preferred) or willing to achieve. CSP or ASP certification (preferred) or willing to achieve. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance management. Familiarity with construction industry-specific standards and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, including effectively conveying safety requirements, facilitating training sessions, and engaging diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, proactively addressing safety challenges and optimizing training programs. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate safety and training records and documentation. Ability to respond to changing safety and training needs and priorities. Proficient in computer skills, including creating training materials and relevant documents. Willingness to travel to job sites and Palmetto office locations.
