Looking for help Monday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday 3:45-7:45pm year‑round No Experience Needed: We’ll provide free training and certification! Free YMCA Membership: Enjoy access to our facilities and discounts on programs Build Your Future: Gain skills, certifications, and opportunities to grow your career What You’ll Do Teach swim skills to kids and adults, helping them gain confidence in the water. Deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests. Requirements Must be at least 15 years old. Current certification YMCA Swim Lessons or ARC Water Safety Instructor, CPR, First Aid, AED and Oxygen certification or must successfully complete the YMCA’s Aquatics Academy training program resulting in certification. Passion for working with diverse youth and ability to provide a high‑quality of instruction using age‑appropriate practices. Meets physical qualifications required for certification in job. Child Abuse Prevention Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisor. Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children.
