Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the ICU setting.
• Manage patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and deliver quality care.
• Float to adult inpatient areas as necessary to meet census and staffing levels.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and document care using the Epic charting system.
• Support post-cardiac catheterization and stroke management in the Medical and Neuro Intensive Care Unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting required.
• Current NC or compact RN license in hand at time of application.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, CPI (on-site available if not in hand), and NIHSS are required.
• Experience with medical intensive care unit procedures and equipment such as CRRT and ventilator management.
• Experience with Epic charting system and ability to handle arterial line management and other critical care skills.
• Travel RN experience is required; prior charge nurse experience is preferred.
