This position involves capturing high-quality photography, video, drone, and social media content for luxury real estate and commercial projects while representing our brand professionally on-site. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, coachable, and passionate about creating elevated visual content. Position Overview The Creative Specialist will be responsible for executing photo and video shoots, representing the 1 OAK brand on-site, and delivering media that meets our company standards. This position requires both creative ability and strong professionalism, as you will often be working directly with agents, homeowners, developers, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality photography and video for luxury residential and commercial properties. Operate camera, drone, gimbal, lighting, and other production equipment when required. Follow 1 OAK Studios’ creative standards, shot lists, and production guidelines. Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, homeowners, agents, and vendors. Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to execute each shoot efficiently. Capture strong compositions, clean angles, proper exposure, and well-balanced visuals. Understand how to highlight architecture, interiors, exteriors, amenities, lifestyle details, and property features. Communicate clearly with the project management team before, during, and after shoots. Upload and organize media properly after each project. Assist with quality control by making sure all required shots and deliverables are captured. Support the team with creative ideas for videos, reels, campaigns, and marketing content. Maintain and care for company equipment as if it were your own. Continue improving through feedback, training, and company standards. What This Position Entails This is a field-based creative role. You will be going to different properties and locations to produce media for clients. Some days may involve quick photo shoots, while others may include full-day luxury productions with photography, video, drone, lifestyle content, and multiple team members. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in high-end environments where professionalism matters. You should be comfortable working independently, taking direction, solving problems on-site, and maintaining a calm, polished presence with clients. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has experience in photography, videography, drone operation, or content creation. Real estate experience is preferred but not required if the candidate has a strong eye, willingness to learn, and a professional attitude. We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible, coachable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Preferred Skills Real estate photography experience. Video production experience. Drone experience and/or FAA Part 107 certification. Experience with Sony cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio. Strong understanding of composition, exposure, framing, and movement. Ability to capture vertical social media content. Basic understanding of architecture, interiors, and luxury branding. Strong communication skills. Comfortable working with agents, homeowners, and high-end clients. Ability to work independently and with a team. Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexible schedule. Ability to travel to different shoot locations. Professional appearance and attitude. Strong communication skills.
