Recover-Care Heartland in Topeka, KS seeks an experienced MDS Coordinator to assist the Director of Nursing and RN Assessment Coordinator with Federal, State, and Certification documentation. The role also coordinates the RAI process, ensuring timeliness and completeness of MDS, CAAs, and the care plan. This is a Remote/Hybrid position. Responsibilities include tracking, audits, and staff follow-up to assure compliance with documentation standards, and participation in interdisciplinary care #J-18808-Ljbffr
