Family Medicine PA - New Grads Welcome
NP|PA for Skilled Nursing Facility|Long Term Care in Lynchburg, VA. Start date: ASAP pending completion of credentialing. Option to go perm. Full Time contract; up to 40hrs/week. M-F 8a-5p. CALL SCHEDULE: every 46-week rotation (1:4 1:6 schedule). APP does pre-rounds; full H&P for the MD; med management|stabilization. ADC 18-20 patients/day. EMR: Gehrimed; Facility uses Point Click Care; training provided. Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max. Must have active|clear VA Nurse Practitioner License or Physician Assistant. Clean Background for expedited credentialing. Must have full vaccination for COVID19.
