What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding our presence throughout the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and workforce consultations.
• Identify client staffing challenges and present customized workforce solutions.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on qualified sales leads.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through exceptional service and relationship management.
• Attend networking events, business functions, job fairs, and industry associations to promote company services.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records within CRM systems.
• Track business development metrics and report on sales performance.
• Stay informed on local labor market trends, workforce challenges, and industry developments.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.

Qualifications Required

• 2+ years of business development, outside sales, staffing, recruiting, or customer-facing experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and prospecting activities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Experience in staffing, workforce solutions, recruiting, HR services, or B2B sales.
• Knowledge of the local Chandler/Phoenix market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Additional Earnings

• Uncapped commission structure
