Responsibilities Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages so that you and the servers can deliver the best drink possible. Be friendly to both staff and customers. Make fantastic drinks according to established standards. Create a great bar experience while working hard and having a great time. Qualifications At least 21 years old (per state law). The health, safety and well‑being of our employees is our top priority. Physical Standards: Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business). Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Ability to wear protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, and protective face coverings or masks throughout the shift. Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
