Access Nursing Services is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Health Care Quality as a Residential Service Agency and Healthcare Staffing Agency. All nurses are licensed and nursing assistants are certified by the Maryland Board of Nursing. We have earned the Joint Commission seal of approval! The Access Nursing Supervisor assumes overall responsibility for coordinating all aspects of care for assigned case‑managed patients. They are responsible for guiding nursing resources toward the attainment of Access Nursing Services goals, satisfaction of those served, and a high degree of morale and sense of attainment among staff. Nursing Supervisor is aware of their own scope of practice and the scope of practice of all field personnel they're directing. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse license Current CPR certification Current Driver's License Recent pediatric clinical experience Supervisor experience preferred Home healthcare experience preferred This is a part‑time position with a flexible schedule. Compensation is based on a per‑visit basis.
