We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble wire harnesses, components, and sub-assemblies according to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and works well in a team environment. No previous manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report production issues, defects, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
