With in-home care in highest demand across our community, we are actively looking for dependable, warm-hearted caregivers to join our dedicated team across multiple flexible shift blocks.

Available Shift Blocks

Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs:

• Morning: Early/mid-day shift blocks based on confirmed availability

• Evening: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Overnight: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (10-hour awake overnight shift)
  

How You’ll Make a Difference

Every client is unique, but your core day-to-day moments will include:

• Personal Care with Heart: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene with dignity and respect.

• Safe Mobility: Helping with movement, positioning, and safe transfers around the home.

• Nourishment: Preparing light meals and supporting good nutrition.

• Meaningful Connection: Providing warm companionship and engaging in genuine conversation.

• Daily Routines: Supporting morning start-ups, evening wind-downs, or nighttime safety monitoring.

• Attentive Care: Observing and reporting changes in condition, keeping accurate visit documentation, and following individualized care plans and safety protocols.
  

Growth Opportunities: Every new team member starts as a Care Provider , with clear, supported pathways to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead as you build your skills and experience!

No formal caregiving experience? No problem! Whether you’ve worked in healthcare, cared for a family member, served in the military, worked in education or customer service, or are just starting, we welcome you. We provide paid orientation, continuous skill development, guided learning, and constant support from experienced leaders who care about your growth.

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

Pay & Benefits
Base Pay

• $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
  

Shift Differential

An additional $3.00 per hour is paid for:

• Overnight shifts (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

• Weekend shifts (Premium pay may also apply for select last-minute coverage needs.)
