We work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a warm, professional environment.Weatherly Inn is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Director Of Nursing to support high-quality resident care in our assisted living and memory care community. This role is ideal for a licensed LPN or RN who values teamwork, strong clinical standards, and meaningful relationships with residents and families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician ordersAdminister medications, treatments, and CBG checks with accurate documentationMonitor and document changes in resident condition and report concerns promptlyCommunicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teamsComplete shift reports, narcotic counts, and incident documentationFollow infection control, safety procedures, and boarding home regulationsServe as Charge Nurse when scheduled or in absence of supervisionMaintain a clean, organized nursing station and medication roomQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; College Degree in Nursing preferred5+ year of nursing or related experience preferred; with 2 years in supervisory role requiredActive Washington State LPN License requiredDemonstrated high clinical competence and knowledge of nursing care needs and high quality documentation, thorough knowledge and understanding of WA.
