Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate on our 1st shift, you will play a vital role in supporting inbound operations, ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of shipments, and contributing to the efficiency of our lean logistics center. Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Support: Assist with receiving shipments, verifying products, and preparing items for processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and lean initiatives to enhance operational workflows and uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Product Handling: Safely lift and move products weighing between 25-50 lbs to support warehouse operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow instructions independently and work comfortably within a team
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and accuracy
• Physically capable of lifting 25-50 lbs
• Reliable, dedicated, and eager to learn and grow within our organization
