Job Title: Quality Inspector

Shifts & Pay

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | $21.00/hr

• Swing Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:25 PM | $22.50/hr

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting products and processes to ensure quality standards are met. This role includes completing inspection reports and logs, entering data into quality systems, and performing daily audits of your assigned area. You will verify tools for proper torque and calibration, ensure ESD procedures are followed, and complete computer-based quality tasks such as checklists in Excel and documentation lookups. You’ll also verify part information through work order systems and record inspection results using online forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform product and process quality inspections

• Document inspection results accurately

• Enter inspection data into quality databases

• Complete daily audits and verify tool torque and calibration

• Ensure proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures are followed

• Complete quality tasks using Excel and internal systems

• Navigate work orders to verify part information and log results

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum 6 months of related experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Comfortable working on ladders

• Good hand‑eye coordination

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

• Assembly, visual inspection, or quality control

• Basic knowledge of electronics, schematics, or blueprints

• Transferable experience from related fields (manufacturing, mechanical, medical devices, etc.)

• No server experience required – training provided
