About This Role Adventist Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit who will provide exceptional patient care while embracing the organization's mission of holistic healing. Highlights Pay: $37.00 - $55.00 Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Educate patients and families through the continuum of care. Serve as role models to Level I nurses. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Use equipment and technology correctly to maximize efficiency. Develop a plan of care according to patient population. Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care. Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective. Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice. Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.
