We are looking for dedicated people who champion innovation, inspire and empower their teammates to perform at a world-class level, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesMaintain dining areas and service wareAttend to deliveries and properly store and organize incoming productWash and sanitize dishes and disinfect food contact surfacesClean equipment and kitchen spaceAssist chefs with food preparation and a la carte ordersStock ready to eat food and beveragesFollow instructions from kitchen staff and adhere to food and cleanliness standardsMaintain professional conduct and establish positive relationships with fellow Bucks staffExperience / Requirements1-2 years experience in a professional kitchen as dishwasher, prep cook, or line cookUnderstanding of food preparation techniques and general food and beverage knowledgeAbility to work calmly in a fast paced and high pressure environmentAbility to stand and do physical work for up to 8 hours continuouslyAbility to lift and carry 50lbCustomer service experience preferredServSafe certification preferredFlexible schedule; weekends occasionally requiredAll offers for employment with the Milwaukee Bucks are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
