Financial Reporting Manager (FULLY REMOTE - seeking a NW Ohio based candidate)Robert Half Talent Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing software solutions organization as they seek a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to partner with the Chief Financial Officer and provide clear, accurate financial reporting that supports executive decision-making. This role will turn complex operational and transactional data into actionable insights while overseeing reporting, SaaS revenue recognition, forecasting support, and compliance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements for executive leadership and the Board.Develop and maintain dashboards for key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and churn.Consolidate financial results across entities and geographies, including currency translation and intercompany eliminations.Review enterprise SaaS contracts and ensure revenue recognition compliance under ASC 606.Track deferred revenue, implementation milestones, and professional services activity.Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for scenario planning and strategic decisions.Coordinate month-end and year-end close with external accounting partners.Prepare audit support schedules, tax documentation, and compliance-related reporting.
