PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical TherapistDelivers individualized PT services including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, documentation, and education to achieve functional goals.• Bachelor's (or higher) in PT from CAPTE-accredited program; current state license; 1 year recent clinical experience.• CPR certification may be required.• Evaluate function; develop/revise plans of care.• Direct PT support staff; educate patients/families.• Document assessments/goals/progress/discharge.• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; ensure compliance.• Demonstrate and assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility.• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling.• Lift, support, and transfer patients with assistance/devices as needed (up to 50 lbs independently).• Manual dexterity for therapeutic techniques and equipment; adequate vision and hearing.All candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position.
