In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities and financial records. This position requires proficiency in MS Excel and SAP skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, analyzing costs, and reconciling accountsAssist in budget preparation and financial planning processesParticipate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and complianceCollaborate with other departments to gather financial data and clarify transaction detailsEnsure compliance with accounting laws, regulations, and standardsPerform other duties as assigned from Administration team.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in Accounting or Treasury, or similar roleProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong knowledge of accounting software (or any ERP) systemsGood understanding of accounting regulations and compliance standardsStrong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesRequired SkillsHigh proficiency in MS Excel and SAPExperienced in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPreferredBilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred for communication with other employeesBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldCPA or working towards certificationAdditional InformationMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Weekend work may be required depending on the workloadPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
