What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing sales team


• Drive New and Used Vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction


• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor future top performers


• Desk deals and support Sales Consultants throughout the sales process


• Analyze performance metrics and implement winning strategies


• Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and aging units


• Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize dealership success


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that creates lifelong relationships

What You Bring

• Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required


• Proven success leading dealership sales teams


• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills


• Passion for developing people and building winning cultures


• Track record of increasing sales volume and profitability


• Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset


• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record


• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
