Project Manager II

Role Overview This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing technical and non-technical projects, such as business process improvement initiatives and Business Intelligence projects for the Finance and Accounting Team. In this role, you will utilize your versatility skills and ability to adapt to shifting demands and prioritization of key initiatives, along with being results-oriented and teaming up with resources across the business to successfully deliver on projects and communicate project status to stakeholders. What You Will Do Lead and be a key influencer for resources that are not direct reports; be able to motivate action to complete project tasks on-time. Design and develop project work plans, ensure project deliverables, and work efforts remain within scope. Why It Might Be a Fit 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting. Experience with leading cross‑functional process improvement initiatives. High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field.
