What You'll Do

Lead Strategic Recruiting Initiatives

• Own full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, and critical positions
• Develop creative and proactive sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and recommend effective recruiting strategies

Serve as a Trusted Talent Advisor

• Consult with hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring best practices
• Influence recruitment decisions through data, insights, and industry knowledge
• Drive stronger hiring manager engagement and accountability throughout the hiring process

Build and Improve Recruiting Processes

• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience
• Establish scalable recruiting strategies and best practices that support organizational growth
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making

Develop and Coach Others

• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to recruiting team members
• Promote consistent recruiting practices and elevate overall recruiting effectiveness
• Foster collaboration across recruiting, HR, and business leadership teams

• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, leadership, or specialized roles
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking channels
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders
• Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
