We are seeking a motivated and caring Exercise Coach / Personal Trainer to guide clients through strength training and wellness programs using our proprietary equipment and coaching system. No previous fitness experience is requiredjust a willingness to learn, a passion for helping others, and a great attitude. Additional opportunities are also available to specialize in Coach-assisted Stretching. Key Responsibilities Training & Coaching: - Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics equipment
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations
- Monitor form, safety, and individual client progress
- Educate and motivate clients on fitness and healthy living Client Success : - Track and review results through our high-tech system
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure consistent attendance and goal progress Studio Operations : - Support lead generation, tours, and trial sessions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
- Log data and client communication accurately in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) What We Offer

- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
