Reports to: Group FitnessClass-icCoordinator General Manager Franchise Owner/Operator What We’re Looking For: A certified fitness pro who can command a room and make workouts fun foreveryfitness level. Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, “That was amazing!” A team player who loves music, movement, and a little muscle burn. Requirements: ValidCPR Certification(safety first!) Nationally AccreditedGFI Certification(AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred) OR validYoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates CertificationA smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required) The willingness to travel between multiple locationsto support class needs depending on locations Your Superpowers (Special Skills): Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels Strong communication & customer service skills Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high What You’ll Do: Leadsafe, fun, and effectivegroup fitness classes that get results Keep your certifications fresh and up-to-date BringtheCrunch vibe to life in every class Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing Attend team meetings and training's—because the best keep getting better!
