A state-of-the-art, non-profit, short term acute care facility located 1 hour east of Columbus is looking for a permanent Social Worker for the DAY shift.

DESCRIPTION

- Provides professional social work services through the assessment and resolution of problems and issues that impact overall health and wellbeing, including discharge planning. \n
\n
QUALIFICATIONS
\n- \n
- Completion of a 4 year bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Masters of Counseling from an accredited college or university \n
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Counselor (LPC) in the State of Ohio \n
- Extensive knowledge in human behavior and personality development \n
- Ability to use a holistic approach to patient care \n
