Senior Manager, Industry Specialty Services The Senior Manager, Industry Specialty Services is responsible for maintaining client relationships, providing support in ERP consulting and ancillary systems & integrations, and overseeing assigned staff. Responsibilities Architect and lead ERP implementations for Unanet Manage technology integrations through project management and system knowledge Use the BDO framework to oversee project phases and collaborate directly with clients to achieve objectives Perform project management of implementation engagements independently and collaboratively for core system offerings and others Interpret corporate & entity-level compliance (Federal, non‑profit, etc.) as it relates to ERP & technology Review and develop policies and procedures related to accounting, contracts, and pricing to support new business initiatives Supervisory Responsibilities Serve as a member of the consulting group’s management team Supervise, develop, and train Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers Review and evaluate work prepared by Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers Train staff on current software tools and Industry Specialty Services methodology Schedule and supervise workload of team members Provide verbal and written performance feedback Act as a Career Advisor to Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers, as assigned Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, required Experience Eight (8) or more years of combined, relevant experience in accounting & system-focused knowledge, required Familiarity with ERP & technology implementation best practices, preferred Experience with Unanet, preferred Prior experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, and other highly regulated industries, preferred Licenses/Certifications CPA, CMA, or PMP, preferred ERP or technology certifications, preferred Software Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), required Experience with Unanet, Deltek, Microsoft D365, and other Govcon ERP and CRM systems, preferred Database management or analytical tools experience (SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI), preferred Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically business/report writing Proficiency in migrating, converting, and validating data using tools while maintaining accuracy Strong analytical and research skills Excellent organizational skills with a focus on details and meeting project deadlines Ability to multi‑task independently or within a group environment Proven ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated command of FAR, CAS, and GSA schedules Ability to follow and apply specific rules and regulations Ability to work with minimal supervision Salary National Range: $135,000 - $175,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $135,000 - $175,000 Maryland Range: $135,000 - $175,000 Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
