Resumen del puesto: Buscamos a una persona muy fiable, familiarizada con los artículos habituales de las tiendas de alquiler, para trabajar en nuestro departamento de alquiler. El Asociado de Alquiler es responsable de coordinar y mantener todas las actividades del departamento de alquiler. Los candidatos cualificados deben ser capaces de realizar las siguientes tareas con poca o ninguna supervisión. Responsabilidades: Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes. Responde a las llamadas entrantes y proporciona tarifas y presupuestos de alquiler. Revisa los alquileres cada día y mantén los archivos de contratos y reservas de alquiler. Escribe contratos de alquiler en un programa de PC. Programar la recogida y/o entrega del equipo de alquiler y de carga/descarga del equipo. Cualificaciones: Capaz de trabajar con un horario flexible para cubrir las necesidades del negocio, incluyendo noches y fines de semana. Habilidades organizativas superiores con atención al detalle. Sólidas habilidades informáticas y capacidad para aprender conceptos basados en ordenador rápidamente. Capaz de manejar múltiples tareas a la vez. Buen historial de conducción, algunas entregas y recogidas Participar en conversaciones con los clientes sobre el equipo adecuado según las necesidades de los clientes. Conocimiento o capacidad para aprender sobre todo el equipo de alquiler, incluyendo su funcionamiento, aplicación, capacidades y limitaciones. Conocimiento de los requisitos de mantenimiento rutinario y resolución de problemas de todo el equipo de alquiler. Aptitud/conocimientos generales de motores pequeños. Capacidad para realizar ajustes ligeros, cambios de aceite y sustitución de piezas pequeñas en equipos de alquiler. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pack's Hardware
