Description

Summary:

Ships and receive all products and deliver to proper location. Helps maintain accurate up to date inventory.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Fill inventory requisitions accurately and deliver to requesting departments.
• Delivers all incoming shipments to all requesting departments.
• Compares identifying information and counts of incoming shipments against bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders or other records.
• Inputs data into inventory system.
• Processes invoices.
• Fill well room and keg room per requisitions.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items or spoiled items.
• Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
• Assists in month end inventory.
• Organize and clean warehouse including all storage locations.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Shipping & Receiving.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of MMS.
• Forklift certification desirable.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

• Frequently required to walk or stand for long periods.
• Use hands to hold tools and/or equipment required for position.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment Conditions

The work environment is characterized as a casino setting requiring multi-tasking, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud requiring service to guests who may be smoking and/or drinking alcohol. The work environment is a smoking environment in the building as well as occasional work outdoors as needed.
