Specialty Rep/ Senior Specialty Rep - Bone Health - Santa Monica/Beverly Hills,CA (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for a bone health sales role covering Los Angeles, Inglewood, and North Hollywood. The position involves delivering clinical product knowledge to medical professionals, implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve or exceed territory sales targets
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize discussions based on customer needs, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy effectiveness, analyze territory performance, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and demonstrate passion for Amgen products and patient impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales and/or clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent with Associate's/high school plus additional years
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Advanced influencing and relationship-building skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and adaptability with core competencies in sales planning, technical knowledge, communication, and relationship cultivation

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 annual base
