Bilingual Client Support Specialist

Handling customer inquiries independently or in collaboration with other departments, the full-time Bilingual Client Support Specialist will provide written support to French and international clients regarding contract management and technical solutions. Key responsibilities Respond to inquiries and complaints from clients about contract management, customer tools, and billing Qualify and address client requests for technical support in deploying connectivity solutions Collaborate with sales engineers to ensure effective resolution of client issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field Fluent in both English (CEFR - Level C1) and French (C1) Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Relations Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of project management fundamentals Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
