A community hospital located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for day shift hours. This 100-bed facility offers a solid environment for pharmacists looking to enhance their clinical expertise within a hospital setting. Candidates who are new graduates, especially those with a PGY1 residency, are encouraged to apply.

Location: Stillwater, OK

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide clinical consultations and optimize patient care
• Utilize Meditech pharmacy system for documentation and communication

Desired Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist license in Oklahoma
• Some experience in a hospital environment preferred but new graduates with PGY1 residency are welcomed
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
