Technicien de Maintenance Utilités CVC/Electricité H/F

Maintenance Des Installations (Utilités)

Surveillance continue des paramètres des installations et des équipements (électricité, fluides, HVAC, groupe froid, etc.) afin d’assurer leur bon fonctionnement.
Maintenance de premier niveau sur les bâtiments et équipements du site.
Amélioration continue : Identifier et contribuer à des solutions techniques pour réduire les aléas qualité et optimiser la performance des installations.
Gestion des remontées d’informations via les interfaces informatiques (GTB).
Participation aux opérations de maintenance pour garantir la disponibilité des installations en tout temps.

Sécurité Incendie Et Interventions (Pompier)

Surveillance des alarmes incendie et gestion des risques : effectuer des levées de doutes pour assurer la sécurité des installations.
Intervention rapide en cas d’incendie, en coordination avec les services d’incendie et de secours.
Contribution à la sécurité générale du site et participation active aux exercices de sécurité.
Gestion des actions d’évacuation et des risques pour garantir un environnement de travail sûr.

Profil Recherché
Formation :

Vous avez validé une formation Bac à Bac+2 dans l’un des domaines suivants : maintenance industrielle, électricité, bâtiment, HVAC, fluides, groupe froid, automatisme, etc.

Expérience

Une première expérience en maintenance industrielle, gestion des utilités ou des bâtiments. Une expérience en sécurité incendie serait un atout.
À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de gestion technique de bâtiment (GTB).

Vous êtes une personne autonome, organisée et rigoureuse, capable de respecter les procédures et les règles de sécurité.
Vous êtes motivé(e) et doté(e) d’une forte capacité d’apprentissage.
Vous aimez travailler en équipe et être un acteur clé de la sécurité.
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes prêt(e) à travailler en horaires postés, y compris les week-ends et de nuit. Horaires d’équipe en 5x8

Engagement

Vous êtes prêt(e) à vous former en tant que pompier ou êtes déjà titulaire du Diplôme National de Secourisme et secourisme d'urgence (DNB).
