Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Industrial or construction environment preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Strong commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties, including manual material handling, shoveling rock, and assisting equipment operators
Assist with the daily operation and maintenance of the asphalt production plant
Load, unload, and move raw materials, tools, and supplies throughout the facility
Keep the plant, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
Inspect equipment and work areas for safety hazards and report issues promptly
