We’re looking for a Dedicated IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. In this role, you’ll be embedded on-site with a client in Columbus, OH , serving as their primary IT support resource . You’ll also travel to additional client locations across Central and Southern Ohio as needed to support users and maintain IT operations.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for end users (tickets, walk-ins, email, chat)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across:
• • Workstations, laptops, and user devices
  • Network, wireless, and server environments
• Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune
• Support and maintain Azure-based environments
• Configure and troubleshoot networking (switching, routing, VPNs, firewalls)
• Work directly with client stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate when needed
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset inventory
• Travel to client locations across Central and Southern Ohio as needed
• Contribute to projects and assist with implementations
• Monitor and meet KPIs for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring (Required)

• 2–5 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Experience supporting Windows environments and end users
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
• Experience with:
• • Microsoft Intune / MDM tools
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Networking concepts (VPNs, firewalls, routing, wireless)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.)
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Familiarity with Barracuda or similar security tools
• Experience working in a Managed Services (MSP) environment
