Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. This position is 25-30 hours per week to start, and will expand to 30-36 hours as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Minimum 3-5 years of dental assisting experience
• Comfortable with intraoral scanning and digital dentistry workflows
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a growing, fast-paced environment
• Team-player mentality with a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during a wide range of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency
• Capture radiographs and digital records
• Perform intraoral scans and assist with digital workflows
• Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental
• Ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
• Assist front desk with patient communication
• Support a positive and collaborative team culture
