We are looking for an HR Generalist to support a broad range of people operations in White Plains, New York. This role combines recruiting, employee support, compliance, and HR administration to help create a well-organized and positive work environment. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information while partnering effectively with employees and leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle hiring activities, including reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection and offer processes.
• Design and deliver onboarding experiences that help new hires integrate quickly and confidently into the organization.
• Foster a supportive employee experience by addressing workplace concerns and contributing to engagement and retention efforts.
• Help maintain alignment with employment laws and HR best practices by administering policies, procedures, and handbook updates.
• Partner with managers on performance discussions, employee development planning, and improvement strategies when needed.
• Maintain accurate employee information within HRIS platforms and prepare recurring reports and workforce metrics.
• Work closely with payroll and benefits contacts to support accurate compensation processing and benefits administration.
• Respond to employee questions related to HR programs, pay, and benefits with professionalism and clarity.
• Oversee daily HR administrative activities and assist leadership with broader people-focused initiatives.• Experience in human resources with exposure to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of employment law and standard HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain organized, accurate employee records.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes, including responding to employee inquiries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and management levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
