Join Our Team at Kokoro Don Café

We are a fast-growing Japanese takeout restaurant in Somerville, MA, and we’re looking for a reliable and energetic Cashier / Packer to join our team.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and working with a friendly team, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

Take customer orders (in-store & online)
Pack food orders quickly and accurately
Handle payments and basic POS operations
Keep the front area clean and organized
Support the team during busy hours

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude & team player
Responsible and on time
Able to work fast and stay organized
Weekend availability is required
Restaurant experience is a plus (not required)

Pay & Benefits

$15–$18/hour (based on experience) + tips
Staff meal provided
Stable hours

Schedule

Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
Must be available on weekends
