Construction Project Manager (Las Vegas)

Location : Las Vegas, Nevada

Compensation : $120,000–$150,000 + Benefits + Vehicle + 401(k) Match

A leading design build general contractor in the Las Vegas market is adding a Project Manager to its team as part of continued growth.

The right candidate will take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
• Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
• Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
• Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
• Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Ground-up project experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction
• Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
