IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our PMO function and help create order and process for a growing Technology group. This role involves managing PMO backlogs, coordinating new processes, and overseeing hiring and headcount visibility for the Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage PMO backlog and coordinate communications regarding new processes and procedures. Oversee hiring and headcount processes to ensure visibility across the Technology lifecycle. Analyze pain points and implement creative solutions to improve Technology processes. Build trust and maintain strong working relationships within a matrixed organization. Prioritize tasks independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or related fields). 6–9+ years of business experience; Financial Services experience preferred. Proven track record in problem-solving and critical thinking with measurable results. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in an ambiguous environment. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel
