Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and organized medical receptionist to join our gastroenterology office. The right candidate will help us create a welcoming environment for our patients and facilitate communication between patients, referring offices, and our providers.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk duties
Process payments.
Cross-train to cover medical assistant: room patients, schedule procedures or imaging

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills
Reliable, able to multitask, team-player
Medical background/receptionist experience is preferred.
Available to start ASAP
